He’s lived in Lafayette Valley Estates, Moraga’s Sanders Ranch, Orinda’s Del Rey neighborhood, and now resides in Lafayette’s Burton Valley with his wife. Brian’s real estate career began immediately after college, when he partnered with his father to focus on luxury real estate and new development sales for Branagh Development. Founder

Tom Rochford founded Rochford Real Estate as part of a distinguished 50-year career that blended federal property work, international consulting, and local residential and commercial business development. In partnership with Branagh Development, Tom sold the exclusive Alamo Highlands in Alamo, Springhill Manor in Lafayette, Laird Lane in Moraga and launched the acclaimed Hidden Oaks neighborhood in Lafayette. Now retired, Tom channels his extensive construction background and diverse real estate skillset into mentoring the firm, ensuring every client benefits from the meticulous standards that built Rochford Real Estate's reputation.

Today, Rochford Real Estate carries forward his legacy of integrity, market expertise, and concierge-level service for buyers and sellers across Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda and Alamo. 

Tom and his wife, Susan, moved to Lafayette in 1979 from New York. Their three sons graduated from St. Perpetua and Campolindo High School and still live locally. Tom enjoys reading, cheering for the Warriors and Yankees, lending a helping hand, and hosting family gatherings where he's known for his shrimp creole and outstanding chili.
