Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, whether they're a seasoned home buyer or a first-timer. My transaction was quite complex for several reasons, but Brian handled every hurdle with immediate and effective solutions, showcasing his extensive experience in real estate. From the meticulous preparation leading up to listing our property, through the active listing phase, receiving offers, and the closing process, Brian consistently prioritized our best interests. His clarity and dedication throughout the entire journey were truly commendable.

Simply put, Brian is the cream of the crop in a very crowded field. He delivered everything we needed and wanted in a realtor (including many things we didn't know we needed) and quickly become a trusted friend. His responsiveness is second none as well as his knowledge of and ability to navigate the Lamorinda market. He was patient with us when necessary and gently pushed us along when we needed to progress. We had very narrow parameters we expected to stay within in terms of location and features and he worked tirelessly over multiple years to find us the perfect property (off-market!) and navigate an unprecedented time all while getting us a great deal. Post-close he's continued to be an incredible asset in getting our new home up and running as we undertook several renovations while trying to move with two under two. Brian is the best, we'd recommend him to absolutely anyone and you will be incredibly well cared for during what can be a stressful time for many.

Over the years I have worked with a number of realtors, some better than others but I would not recommend any of them as highly as I do Brian Rochford. He was my support and guide for selling a home I had built and lived in for almost 48 years. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable and his thoughtful planning for preparing the property for listing paved the way to a successful sale in very little time. The outstanding group of suppliers he uses for inspections, construction, installations, staging, etc. executed his vision and transformed this long lived-in property into one that would appeal to much younger buyers. As with any large undertaking there are bound to be a few glitches along the way – some more serious than others. But Brian always approached these situations calmly and thoughtfully. He had great ideas and was always readily accessible. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with.
